Responsabilité sur circuit : L'utilisateur est responsable de son comportement sur circuit et doit respecter les règles de sécurité, les consignes des organisateurs, les lois en vigueur et les conditions d'accès aux circuits.

Précision des chronos : Les chronos GPS fournis par l'application sont donnés à titre indicatif et peuvent varier selon la qualité du signal GPS, l'appareil utilisé et les conditions d'utilisation.

Contenu utilisateur : L'utilisateur s'engage à ne pas publier de contenu illégal, dangereux, offensant, trompeur ou portant atteinte aux droits d'autrui.

Modération : WeLap peut supprimer un contenu ou un compte en cas d'usage abusif ou non conforme aux présentes conditions.

WeLap is a mobile application designed for car and motorcycle circuit enthusiasts.

User Responsibility

Circuit Safety: You are solely responsible for your behavior at circuits and events. You must comply with all safety regulations, follow circuit officials' instructions, operate your vehicle safely and responsibly, comply with applicable laws, and respect each circuit's terms and conditions.

GPS Lap Times Disclaimer

GPS Accuracy: GPS lap times provided by WeLap are for informational purposes only. Lap times may vary due to GPS signal quality, device differences, environmental factors, and app settings. WeLap does not guarantee accuracy. Official circuit times take precedence over WeLap recordings.

User-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content you upload, share, or post through WeLap. You agree not to post illegal, dangerous, offensive, misleading, or infringing content. When you post content, you grant WeLap a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.

Content Moderation

WeLap reserves the right to monitor, review, moderate, delete, or restrict access to user-generated content at any time without prior notice.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, post inappropriate content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the App fraudulently.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeLap shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, damages from app use, circuit activities, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of new terms.
